Overview:

Kirby Corporate Services, LLC has 1 full time position for Assistant Treasurer and FP&A in Houston, Harris & Montgomery counties, TX.

Responsibilities:

Handle the treasury functions of cash management, loan compliance & reporting, cash forecasting, & letter of credit/bank guarantee application processing & maintenance.

Oversee the monthly closing process in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management for debt/investment activity & review month-end ledger balances related to cash, interest, & debt.

Participate in due diligence of acquisitions & divestiture & use that information to develop financial models, projections, & presentations regarding the impact of a transaction or growth initiative on the company.

Build internal reports for senior management using Business Objects & Oracle HFM & perform deep-dive financial analysis using Oracle ERP, Oracle financial planning & analysis tools, & SQL.

Qualifications:

Require:
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance & 5 yrs. of work exp. in Treasury/Planning/Financial Analysis/Market Research/Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or Masters degree in Business, Accounting or Finance & 3 yrs. of work exp. in Treasury/Planning/Financial Analysis/Market Research/Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Work exp. should include 2 yrs. of work with a) managing a team including cross functional teams; b) managing multiple projects; and c)

Information Technology (IT) finance tools:
Business Objects, Oracle financial planning and analysis tools, and SQL in any database.
