    Open Arms Solutions is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to join our team As a member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors at home. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, engaging in meaningful interactions, and offering both physical and emotional support during some of the most vulnerable moments for our clients and their families.

    Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for implementing personalized care plans designed to nurture the whole person. Your duties will include:

    • Assist with activities of daily living including: bathing, incontinence care, oral hygiene, shaving
    • Ambulation using assistive devices
    • Meal preparation
    • Medication reminders
    • Support individual independence
    • Provide creative activities and social opportunities
    • Drive clients to appointments and to run errands
    • Observe and report change in client condition
