    Workout Support Agent

    Job Overview


    This job will play a crucial role in supporting Everbright's installer pipeline by facilitating communication and work assignments with various third-party contractors. This position involves interacting with all stages of solar projects, such as Permitting, CAD Support, Installation Assignment, Service Assignment, Inspection Assignment, Utility Submissions, and overall project management. The agent will be responsible for coordinating and managing the workflow to ensure seamless project execution.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage the completion of Orphaned accounts
    • Interact with other project team members to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
    • Excellent communication skills to provide clear objectives of next steps to various parties, including internal and external stakeholders
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Grad / GED
    • Experience: 1+ years
