- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
- Proficiency in 5-axis CNC programming and operation.
- Experience with CMM inspection.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam and SolidWorks.
- Experience with composite materials.
- Develop efficient CNC programs for 5-axis machining operations to ensure optimal toolpaths and cycle times.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Inspect machined parts using machine probes and manual measurement techniques for quality assurance.
- Take ownership of the CNC work center, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to quality standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting, effectively resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
