*Position:

• Phlebotomist Director / Instructor

*Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive instruction in the art of phlebotomy for aspiring phlebotomists.
• Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for students during lecture and all clinical drawing portions.
• Encourage and support students throughout the program to ensure successful completion.
• Deliver our insightful curriculum in a clear and easily comprehensible manner.
• Manage onsite inventory and classroom cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including classroom documentation (If applicable).
• Productive attendance and timeliness to all scheduled classes.

* _*Required*_ reliable transportation and an address to receive inventory boxes.
* _*Required*_ Technology knowledge with IPads, mirror casting, troubleshooting, etc.
* _*Preferred *_- EKG knowledge and work experience

*State Requirements:

• Classroom instructors shall have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Classroom instructors shall have additional training as follows: A minimum of three (3) years work experience in the technical area or related field. (Medical work experience such as MA, or Phlebotomy)
• A degree, certificate, or license in the subject area or related field; OR
• A minimum of eighteen (18) semester hours of credit from an accredited institution in mathematics and/or science, or courses related to the subject area.
• High school or college transcripts required as proof of completion

*Documents Required:

• Medical Technical Certification (MA, CPT, etc)
• High School completion _with dates listed on resume_
• Current resume (w/ employer address & supervisor name)

*Schedule: *AM Shift:

• Monday- Thursday, 9:00AM - 1:00PM

*and**Saturdays:* 8:00AM-4:30PM
