    The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management of clinical staff in our adult community-based structured crisis center. The Clinical Supervisor oversees all triage screenings and assessment activities which includes identifying consumer needs, ensuring rapid access to treatment, and facilitating superior customer service.

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in a mental health or related specialty.
    • Licensed or under supervision for license as an LSCW, LPC or LMFT.
    • Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience.
    • Supervisory and program management experience is desirable.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office [Mileage reimbursement provided].

    This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the "safety-sensitive" classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing.
