A fantastic chance to join an established clinic with a great reputation As an Occupational Therapist at our clinic in the picturesque location of Issaquah Alps, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, creating specialized rehabilitation programs, and promoting recovery from musculoskeletal disabilities.

Located just 15 miles from Seattle, our clinic offers an abundance of recreational activities from hiking and skiing to sailing and fishing, making it a perfect workplace for those who enjoy a vibrant lifestyle.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluating and establishing treatment and rehabilitation programs for patients, overseeing follow-through by assistants.
Communicating effectively with referral sources and maintaining professional relationships.
Utilizing equipment and supplies efficiently in line with ethical standards.
Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Providing education and supervision to support staff and students.
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Education/Experience:

Required license in Occupational Therapy in Washington state.
Current CPR Certification.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Building rapport with patients and families, explaining therapy interventions clearly.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality patient care.
Adhering to HIPAA regulations and displaying respect in all interactions.
Emphasizing patient welfare as the top priority.
Adhering to professional standards and physical requirements of the role.
Managing stress and pressure effectively.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Work environment involves office and clinical settings, with physical demands such as long periods of standing and occasional lifting. Must be able to work under pressure and irregular hours if needed.
