    Job Title - System Admin, Service Desk and L1 Support

    What This Role Demands:

    • 1-4 years of IT experience post-degree.
    • Essential troubleshooting skills for clients and servers, Outlook, Skype for Business, Email, Messaging, PST, WINDOWS SERVER 2012, 2016, 2019, Windows 10 & 11, BitLocker, Office Apps, Migrations, Disaster Recovery and Backup solution, Archiving and Enterprise Vault
    • Preferably company-based IT experience, including Tier 1/2 support or junior sys/net/database/security admin roles, or network engineering.
    • Beneficial hands-on experience in:
    • Office 365 Administration
    • Messaging (Skype, Lync, Teams) Azure, IMAP, POP, Certificates, User authentication, SSL, IIS, TLS , Email Protocols such as IMAP and POP and Exchange
    • SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, SaaS, M365, O365, Endpoint management, Security, Intune, Purview, Autopilot, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, PowerShell, Data Loss Prevention, Role Based Access Control, ADFS, Single Sign-on, Multifactor Authentication

    Requirements:

    • Openness to relocate within the US for client projects, as this is an onsite, in-office role.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
