- Provide developmentally appropriate instruction and care for children ages birth to two years old
- Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to support children's individual needs and goals
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with families regularly
- Work collaboratively with other educators and support staff
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching license in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with children ages birth to two years old
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with newborn therapists (SLPs/OTs) is a plus
