    Description

    The receptionist position is the first impression of RSI Enterprises Inc, and handles all incoming calls, mail/correspondence, filing, and incoming/outgoing faxes. The receptionist is also responsible for daily reports and other administrative duties.

    This is a Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule position.

    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Retrieve all voicemails left on the main RSI voicemail and direct them accordingly
    • Answer all incoming calls and direct to the proper party for resolution
    • Greet and assist all visitors to RSI
    • Process all incoming payments and pass to cash poster
    • Open, notate, copy, and file all incoming mail and correspondence
    • Process all outgoing mail
    • Create client and productivity reports
    • Retrieve/Fax, notate and file all incoming and outgoing faxes
    • Input new business referrals into CUBS or into Excel
    • Process all bankruptcy notifications
    • Other administrative duties as dictated by the needs of the business
    Requirements

    Education/Experience/Skills Required:

    Education
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    Skills
    • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Accurately process 30 WPM

    Physical Requirements:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use their hands to type; regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, talk, hear and read; occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Special vision requirements for this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position may require some reimbursable travel.
