Job Title: BDC Service Representative at Jim Shorkey North Hills Toyota

Join our vibrant team at Jim Shorkey North Hills Toyota as a BDC Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming requests via phone and online, scheduling appointments, and nurturing leads.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet and phone leads, schedule service appointments, and engage with existing customers regularly via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, then conduct follow-up calls.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with exceptional courtesy.
• Assess each customer's service requirements and schedule appointments accordingly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and inform them of promotions.
• Support various dealership tasks as needed.

Schedule:

The schedule typically rotates slightly with shifts from Monday to Friday, either 7:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Additionally, you will work every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a compensated day off during the week.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong communication skills for internal and customer interactions.
• Basic computer proficiency; training offered for essential software.
• Organized, attentive, and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
