Greenbox Capital is looking for a Senior-Level Finance Leader with a strong finance background who has robust data management, MS Excel, strategy, and people skills.
This role works with the CEO and executes the company strategy with oversight over many departments and influences credit decision policy, pricing strategy, and works with financial analysts and data scientists to improve credit decisioning while managing and organizing.
You will be responsible for metrics including but not limited to capital efficiency, assets under management growth, earnings, and ensuring the business is productive and well-coordinated by managing procedures and leading and developing our people.

Responsibilities:
Oversight of a 7 person Asset Servicing team. This Asset Servicing team has the following main functions
Treasury management
Payables
Budgeting
Funding operations
Customer and employee assistance with questions on loan and repayment information.
Asset Management Reporting
Accounting functions
Financial statement preparation
Credit Facility- Financial loan covenants and borrowing base reporting to our bank
Various risk-based compliance, such as, insurance policies
Managing company operating model- Cost and modeling analysis to answer certain questions for the company. Ensuring the company is efficient and profitable in all its dealings
Requirements:
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
7+ years of experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, M&A or relevant experience in
strategy/management
consulting
Has experience working with cashflows and IRR
Excellent financial modeling skills
Advanced Power BI or Tableau
Growth Mindset, Humble, and Emotionally Mature
Excellent with people, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
Excellent intuition and judgment
Working experience from a top tier management consulting firm and a fast pace high growth company
Preferred:
Intermediate or better at writing SQL queries
Graduate of a Top 10 MBA Program
CFA Level 3
