Job Summary
The Policy & Quality Assurance Lead will ensure Keystone's future-state processes and system integrations align with Booz Allen policies and requirements.+
- Draft or revise policies, procedures, and process maps to align with standardized S2P and CLM workflows enabled by Infor and Icertis.
- Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to communicate policy changes and update employee training materials.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, design decisions, and testing outcomes.
