Have 9-12 years of progressive experience as Scrum Master . with Retail domain exp

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I) is preferred.

Prior experience on a scrum team with a software development project

Implement projects by leading and coordinating across departments and business divisions. Also, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time,

Ability to take charge of a project and have a clear vision the deliverables

Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project

Prepare weekly project progress reports, working group status updates and monthly steering committees

Familiarity with working on complex projects with multiple systems and stakeholders

Are open to collaborate with global team, specifically USA and India.

Comfortable leading the client calls and meetings, as needed.
