- Support the Director of Total Rewards on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, & implementation of new programs.
- Manage our salary survey submission process, including data submission to the survey houses.
- Participate in ad-hoc compensation surveys and provide insights into the survey findings to key stakeholders.
- Manage salary structure creation and maintenance.
- Assist in the ongoing management and deployment job structure including the review and creation of new jobs.
- Administer the ongoing maintenance and creation of Job Families, Job Profiles and Compensation Grade Profiles within Workday, including providing guidance to HR and the business.
- Serve as the analytical point of contact for programs such as compensation reviews, market analysis, and special projects.
- Serve as lead in preparing data for proxy, pay equity analysis, and other key program areas.
- Partner with the global HR Business Partner team in support of compensation related matters, including our annual compensation process/programs, along with a variety of special compensation projects as needed.
- Work closely with our talent acquisition team in supporting our recruiting efforts, including guidance and support on offers.
- Work closely with the HR technology team to support the integrity of our compensation plans and data.
- Consult with HR Business Partners and management on job evaluations using market data and internal data and evaluations.
- Work with the Compensation Team and Legal to ensure compliance with all compensation regulatory requirements including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and pay equity laws.
- 5+ years' experience in compensation or a related field preferred. CCP certification preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; pivot tables, and complex functions. Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
- In-depth understanding of regulations and requirements under FLSA, multi-state pay equity laws, and other areas of compensation compliance.
- Experience supporting compensation systems and reporting tools. Workday experience a plus.
- Experience using Radford survey, a plus.
- Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with compensation research and data analysis.
- The ideal candidate will be well organized, and be nimble to work in a faced paced, changing environment and confident to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting compensation initiatives and programs.
