    We have been engaged by a long-standing client of ours to assist with an immediate opening in their finance department as an bookkeeper. This position will work closely with the Director of Finance and Administration to provide efficient assistance in the fiscal, personnel, facility, and related systems.

    About the Job:

    • The Bookkeeper is responsible for biweekly payroll
    • The Bookkeeper is responsible for calculating PTO accruals
    • The Bookkeeper is assisting in Accounts Payable, including but not limited to coding checks and excel sheet tracking
    • The Bookkeeper is assisting with Accounts Receivable when needed

    Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, teachable, and positive

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Experience in bookkeeping
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and programs
