Job Summary
The Long-Term Acute Care LPN provides the delivery of direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients under the clinical supervision of the Registered Nurse in facilities or specialty care hospitals.+- Current nursing license for the state in which the nurse practices
- One (1) year nursing experience in a long term acute care facility preferred
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
