- Review potential funding sources (grants, etc.) for all special programs. Collaborate with UCF Global leadership on compilation and submission of grant proposals.
- Develop, design, and review curricula and assessments for all customized, community programs and pathway programs.
- Provide professional development to faculty in Special Programs.
- Data collection, aggregating and reporting on learner success in customized programs.
- Train in customized, as requested by unit lead.
- Computer skills in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, and Canvas.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are key to this position and strong customer service skills.
- TESOL experience / certification.
- Proven experience in curriculum development is essential for success in this position.

The Opportunity :
The Manager, Academic Support Services, Curriculum and Assessment position will lead and oversee the development of curriculum and assessments for UCF Global customized programming. This role will be responsible for ensuring that UCF Global's programming maintains quality, standards, and equity. The Manager, Academic Support Services will also seek grants, business opportunities, and lead the process to submit proposals. The Manager, Academic Support Services will also be responsible for reporting on these grants and projects.
This position reports directly to the Associate Vice President (AVP) of UCF Global.
