    Your Role

    We are hiring a junior-level CQV Engineer to support our requalification projects. Successful candidates should be familiar with temperature mapping, demonstrate a strong drive to learn, and possess a strong analytical and technical aptitude.

    • Plan and execute requalification activities for range of equipment, including but not limited to Kaye equipment, autoclaves, and incubators.
    • Develop and maintain requalification protocols and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective requalification of equipment.
    • Support temperature mapping studies for controlled environments. Analyze temperature mapping data to identify and address any temperature excursions or deviations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of requalification activities, temperature mapping studies, and associated documentation.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
    • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other relevant standards.
    • Additional responsibilities as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
    • 1-3 years of experience in qualification, requalification, and/or validation engineering within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
    • Experienced and familiar with temperature mapping.
    • Experience working with equipment such as incubators and autoclaves.
    • Understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
