- Masters Degree in Anesthesia
- Experience of administration of commonly accepted techniques of general and regional anesthesia for at least a period of five (5) years.
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable and competent in all agents and techniques of current anesthetic, and an acceptable working knowledge of the policies and practices of the department and hospital.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Registered Nurse in State of Georgia
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Responsible for establishing, enforcing, and evaluating structures, processes and outcome standards, policies/procedures, and services for the department.QUALIFICATIONS
