Maintenance Technician - Fargo, ND

Job summary
The ideal candidate will have experience within the maintenance and property management industry, and the ability to demonstrate superior customer service.A successful candidate will be a self-starter who works well with co-workers and tenants,
and brings a positive attitude to the position.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance including:
- On-call one weekend per month.
- Work orders –general maintenance across different properties throughout the day. Anything from plumbing, light electrical, to light HVAC. Anything requiring a license will be passed on to a licensed vendor.
- Turnovers – Part of the job may include painting, junk/debris removal, flooring and other work necessary to turn an apartment unit to a new tenant after a vacancy.
- Remodels – Access may do some unit remodeling in-house. This job may include – but does not necessarily require all the skills to complete – cabinet work, painting, vinyl flooring hardware faucet fixture installation trim woodwork.
