    Description
    Our center is seeking Lead Teachers to be part of the Infant/Toddler teaching team at our expanding school.
    Responsibilities of the Teacher include:
    • Development and execution of lesson plans.
    • Application of positive guidance strategies.
    • Cultivation and upkeep of parent/teacher relationships.
    • Assessment, observation, and enhancement of each child's skills.
    • Fostering a welcoming community where families are valued.

    We are in search of Teachers who are passionate about working with children and families; thrive in a dynamic work environment with daily challenges and growth opportunities; individuals who are dedicated team players.
    Our philosophy is that "Quality care and education have no end point."

    Minimum educational requirements:
    • 60 college credits in any discipline, with 30 credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field; OR
    • Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field, OR
    • Bachelor's degree in ANY field, AND completion of 2 courses in education or child development OR
    • Ability to fulfill one of these criteria within 3 months of hiring.

    Further training post-employment may be necessary for specific roles.
