    Description

    Start Date: June 10, 2024

    Contract Length: 6 months

    ​


    Shift Details: 6:00am – 6:30pm or 6:30am, 3/12hr shifts/week. Includes 3 weekend shifts/month and 3 night shifts/month.

    ​


    Cases / Procedures: Minimal 1st assist time with 50% ICU involvement. No clinic. Collaboration with heart failure/transplant, ICU, and mechanical circulatory support teams.

    ​


    Minimum Experience Required: Must have OR exp, CT surg exp, pref ICU exp & endoscopic vein harvest (EVH) exp. Minimum 1 years of cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, cardiology, or critical care ICU NP experience.

    ​


    Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days

    ​


    Requirements:

    Board Certification:     NCCPA, ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC, AG, or ACNP

    License: Active CA license

    Certifications: AHA ACLS/BLS
