    **OVERVIEW:** We are searching for a Sales Manager, AR, Indonesia who possesses the leadership skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in driving aggressive growth plans. The person should have a consultative and collaborative leadership style, proven track record / achievements and experienced in building effective teams. We are only shortlisting driven, resilient, enterprising, agile and motivated leader who wants to be part of a growing company. **THE ROLE** This role is responsible for leading execution of profitable growth strategies and actions plans to accelerate market growth plans together with Regional functional leaders (i.e. Innovation, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain). The authority of this role is to direct and coordinate commercial activities to achieve alignment and overall organization's objectives. In addition this role would have to liaise with Single Discipline team including support functions, to delight our External stakeholders. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES****:** The responsibilities of the role are to provide direction to implement the most effective go to market strategy, drive key customer relationships, key project negotiations, delivery and partner engagement activities activities to support efforts to achieve sales and market share growth. The role shall devise tactical activities to increase market coverage and continuously enhance efficiency to make a fair profit. In addition, it is to support key tasks, including marketing and strategic planning aligned with Regional vision and aspirations. The assigned territories include Power Transmission - Automotive businesses in Indonesia. This individual is expected to accelerate the existing business. The Sales Manager, AR, Indonesia's specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas: *Maximum 3 pointers per accountability* Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

    Execute the strategy to grow share of wallet for targeted accounts

    Leverage on application expertise for direct selling to key stakeholders and influencers

    Build and sustain relationships up to and including key C-level executives for key customers

    Accountability #2: Process / Performance

    Execute robust sales strategies by segment via in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape

    Lead account planning activities and support sales engagements

    Develop channel coverage by market segment and support countries to develop right partners

    Implement direct channel sales and marketing skills and competencies metrics

    Execute standard enterprise selling process, opportunities and pipelines management

    Accountability #3: People

    Provide guidance and coaching to improve sales teams' effectiveness

    Support Talent acquisition, assessment, development, retention and succession planning

    Provide a safe work environment and lead by example to advocate our CORE values and culture

    **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:** This person must have hands on experience in supporting expansion plans in the assigned countries or region.

    Minimum 6 years, proven track record in enterprise sales and/or business development

    Solid sales planning with sound commercial acumen

    Key account sales planning and sales engagement

    Previous major account selling experience required

    Effective communication skills in both written and verbal

    Strong presentation and influencing skills
