    Position Summary

    Employee will be primarily responsible for answering phone calls and clerical work (scheduling appointments, completion of patient paperwork, taking payments) adhering to HIPPA guidelines and strict confidentiality standards.

    With extra certification (CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, EMT), employee may help with vital signs and testing patients for INFLUENZA, Strep throat, pregnancy, and COVID.

    May also perform phlebotomy with assistance per training. May help assessing patients, medical transcription, and assisting Nurse Practitioners with medical procedures. May also be responsible for utilizing CPR and First Aid if needed, per training. Employee must be outgoing, flexible, teachable, and willing to assist students and staff with medical issues.


    Required Qualifications
    High School diploma, Westminster Student, Excellent customer service and organization skills, Basic knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Calendar, Proper phone etiquette, Positive attitude complemented by timeliness and reliability (We will accommodate class schedules as needed)
    Any Required Course Work or Certification Needed for Position (1 of the following):


    • Certified Nurses Aid (Certification), Emergency Medical Technician (Certification), Phlebotomy Certification (Must Have CPR/First Aid Certification with this)
