    Job Summary

    Compensation and Benefits

    Gross weekly pay: $1,053.44 - $2,053.44

    The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $107,000 per year, depending on the number of weeks worked.

    Job Responsibilities

    We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU RN to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain accurate records.

    1. Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
    2. Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
    3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
    4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
    5. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an ICU setting
    • Current RN licensure in the state of North Dakota

    • Physical stamina to lift equipment and move quickly between rooms
