- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Use recruitment strategies such as job postings, networking, and referrals to attract top talent
- Manage job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and facilitate the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate person/department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Assist with various admin tasks including but not limited to data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attentive to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in recruitment or office administration preferred
