StretchLab is currently looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven individual who is passionate about fitness, community, and the brand.

Position:
Sales Associate

The Sales Associate's main role is to support the General Manager in acquiring new members by introducing them to the studio and scheduling them for Intro Classes.

The Sales Representative also aids in retaining current members. While a background in fitness is preferred, it is not mandatory. A High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Schedule and confirm intro classes
- Manage the front desk to welcome and check-in clients and potential customers
- Conduct tours of the facility, understanding individuals' needs
- Maintain a consistent level of personal sales
- Promote the club's objectives as a provider of fitness and wellness
- Introduce services to current and potential members
- Schedule appointments to meet monthly sales goals and follow up on leads
- Participate in various events to promote the club
- Ensure the studio is clean
- Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:
- Must have excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Target-driven with the ability to sell memberships and products
- Proficiency in using the ClubReady software system
- Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods
- Fluent in English and adept in in-person, phone, and email communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in computer skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Able to pass a background check
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma required
