The Watchmaker - Shop Foreman serves as the in-store technical authority for all aspects of mechanical performance diagnostics and service quality at the Rolex 5th Avenue flagship.This role provides expert evaluation advanced technical intervention when required and final quality assurance to ensure every timepiece meets Rolex's exacting standards before being returned to the client.
