    Shield Financial Group is seeking a driven and coachable individual

    We train agents to distribute our Living Benefits Life Insurance in their local communities.

    You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and offering them the best life insurance products. You will educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and guide them through the decision-making process to ensure they make informed choices.

    Compensation:

    $100,000+ yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance requirements.
    • Present and explain various life insurance products, policies, and coverage options to clients.
    • Customize life insurance plans to meet clients' specific needs and financial situations.
    • Assist clients with the application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all necessary documentation.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain current knowledge of life insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
    Qualifications:
    • Must have or be willing to obtain life insurance license.
    • Proven experience in life insurance sales or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Valid state life insurance license
