    We are looking for multiple Property Preservation Specialist responsible for managing professional working relationships with all vendors and clients across the United States.

    Your specific duties will include:

    • Managing vendor and client inquiries via phone, email, etc. in a professional and timely manner
    • Reviewing and auditing submitted work orders to ensure completion
    • Assessing the performance of vendors for quality assurance purposes
    • Managing the timeliness and efficiency of workflow
    • Reviewing of New Acquisition inventory to ensure timely completion and Ready to Show Condition
    • Ensuring WONs and Recurring services are completed in a timely manner in accordance with HUD guidelines
    Specific qualifications for the position include:
    • Possess a proficient understanding of property foreclosures
    • Possess a proficient understanding of property foreclosures, HUD contract expectations
