Pasta Louise is Hiring: Servers & Bartenders
Park Slope, Brooklyn
Pasta Louise is looking for experienced Servers & Bartenders to join our Front of House team at our busy, full-service neighborhood restaurant in Park Slope.
We're seeking candidates who are comfortable working both on the floor and behind the bar, with the ability to pick up a mix of serving and bartending shifts based on the needs of the restaurant. Applicants with experience in both roles will be prioritized.
We're a high-volume, pasta-focused spot with a lively dining room, a thoughtful bar program, and a strong commitment to warm, genuine hospitality. The pace here can be fast — but we believe great service should always feel calm, welcoming, and intentional.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience serving and bartending in a full-service restaurant
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- The ability to confidently prepare classic cocktails and guide guests through food and beverage menus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team-first mindset — everyone helps everyone here
- Availability on nights and weekends
What You'll Do:
- Provide warm, attentive service to guests throughout their experience
- Work scheduled shifts as either a Server or Bartender
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency
- Guide guests through our seasonal menus and make thoughtful recommendations
- Manage tables, bar seats, and checks accurately
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station
- Stay current on menu changes, ingredients, and allergens
- Assist with opening, closing, and sidework
Bonus Points For:
- Square POS experience
- NYC Food Handler's Certificate
- Strong references
