    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Addresses employee performance issues, coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback. Uses EOS data to improve the workplace, listens and responds to employees, recognizes and rewards individual and team performance. Consistently follows company policies, procedures and industry regulations, maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, and completes performance reviews timely. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Takes personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of commitment to internal guests' needs. Supervises all Auditor Gaming I and II in assigned duties during their shift. Assists in completing the daily income audit for casino operations and non-gaming areas. Records and reports revenue from casino operations. Coordinates and communicates revenue reporting with other departments on a daily basis. Reconciles all promotional coupons issued in CMS with the Casino Accountant. Reconcile Hotel, Food, Beverage and retail drops with Casino Accounting and partners with Operating Departments with drop variances. Partners with the Officer Hospitality when audits look suspicious to ensure assets are protected for the property. Ensure Caesars Rewards gift cards and Caesars Reward credit cards are reconciled with the CR paperwork daily.

    Ensure internal controls are in place and followed to properly account for all Non-Gaming, Gaming, and A/R checks received daily.

    Ensure all return payment checks are properly accounted for and sent to LV ESS Collections when required. Prepares journal entries and additional tasks in conjunction with the Casino Accountant. Maintains compliance with the NJDGE regulations; departmental policies and procedures. Ensures the accurate and timely reporting of Financial Reports according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Hires and evaluates Gaming Auditors.

    Communicates with Casino Accounting staff to ensure that all supplies, equipment and forms are modified to include any changes necessary prior to preparation of a purchase requisition.

    Completes special assignments for management as required. Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of Caesars multi-casino Bad Beat system.


    EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
    College degree in accounting or related field preferred or related experience required. Ability to read and write English. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills, organizational ability and judgment as well as the ability to direct and manage people. Position requires a gaming license.
