Join our team as a Full-Time Counterperson We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment for our Stoughton, WI store. This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
- Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
- Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in person communication, and more
- Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
- Support our customers' needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
- Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Contribute to the store's daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.

Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, Saturdays on rotation
QualificationsJob Requirements:
- Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.
- Customer focused with strong communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of Age
- Valid Driver's License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
