We are looking for a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Clearwater, Florida.
In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of payroll-related systems and processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join at the ground-floor level of a new processing system, and getting set up for a long-term career.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed manual testing of payroll-related systems and processes to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to identify and resolve issues during project releases.
Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of backend systems, including general ledger and client payroll setups.
Analyze system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between platforms.
Participate in production deployments, including occasional after-hours support, to maintain system stability.
Communicate openly with team members to address challenges and improve workflows.
Document test results and create detailed reports to support ongoing improvements.
Provide long-term quality assurance support, aligning with the company's goals and culture.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of respect and innovation.
Requirements
Proven experience in manual testing, particularly with payroll systems and processes.
Strong knowledge of backend processes, general ledger setups, and system integrations.
Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cucumber is preferred.
Ability to work closely with a Product Owner and team members to ensure quality standards are met.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to support after-hours production deployments as needed.
Strong communication skills to foster collaboration within the team.
