    As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our team by guiding the development and execution of personalized behavior intervention plans. You will assess client needs, manage behavior technicians, and oversee interventions aimed at skill acquisition and reducing problem behaviors in the San Jose area.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Assessment: Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services and perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and design positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs).
    2. Intervention: Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs and goals, and supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
    3. Supervision and Leadership: Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians while upholding ethical and professional standards, conduct regular performance evaluations, and participate in team meetings and consultations to coordinate and optimize client care.
    4. Case Management: Coordinate with insurance companies for assessment of services, treatment plan reviews, and service authorizations, manage client and Behavior Technician schedules, and keep families and caregivers informed about client progress and program updates.
    5. Staff Training & Coaching: Provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and Behavior Technicians on ABA principles, intervention techniques, and session management, deliver real-time feedback and guidance during sessions, and create and maintain training materials to support staff development.
    6. Professional Development: Stay current with ABA research and best practices through continuing education opportunities, contribute to clinic growth through participation in quality improvement initiatives and potential research activities, and demonstrate commitment to staying updated on industry developments.

    Job Requirements:
    1. Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
    2. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    3. Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
    4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work independently and within a team.
    6. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
    7. A valid driving license.

    Benefits and Compensation:
    Competitive hourly rate of $90,000 per annum, annual performance bonus ranging from $10,000 to $25,000, monthly performance bonus of up to $500 for achieving targeted billable hours, and hour-by-hour bonus of up to $60 based on exceeding billable hour targets.
