    Description of Work

    Provide system-level and client support of all hardware and software systems in the College, including installation, configuration and maintenance for both Windows and MAC OS.

    Systems include faculty and staff workstations and laptops, student workstations, IT-rich Labs, and other equipment within the College of Arts & Sciences, its departments and affiliates.

    Minimum Required Qualifications

    Associate's degree in computer science or related field plus two years of IT support, including experience with both Mac and Windows software and hardware technologies; equivalent education/experience considered.

    Work experience required demonstrating computer hardware, software and networking skills. Knowledge of operating systems, internet skills and ability to prioritize and work independently. Problem solving skills and ability to deal effectively with people. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware. Ability to learn administration of multiple college IT systems. Ability to train others in the use of such technology systems. Ability to communicate and collaborate with faculty, staff, and students.
