    This role is remote, but successful candidates will live in WA, OR, CA, or be willing to relocate.

    We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Regional Business Development Director to build and grow our Energy Transition portfolio in our 13 State West region.

    This role reports to the Regional Vice President and will lead a cross-functional team in the design and execution of our Energy Transition practice for new and existing clients.

    With you as a key member of our leadership team, and as a thought leader in the industry, we're excited about what the future holds and are eager to help bring it to fruition.

    Build and grow our

    Energy Transition Portfolio:

    Have a passion for changing the way people use energy through energy efficiency, electrification, electric vehicles, demand response, battery storage and behavioral programs.

    Leverage your network with Investor Owned, Municipal, and Co-op utilities to accelerate engagements, build pipeline, and shorten sales cycles.

    Use your industry knowledge to help CLEAResult's data analytics, practice and marketing teams develop solutions that help our utility clients adapt to changing programmatic and business needs through better customer engagement, opportunity sizing, and more efficient market participation.

    Increase CLEAResult's visibility within the Energy Transition industry, including participating in industry working groups and collaborating with our communications team to develop thought-leadership pieces.

    10+ year demonstrated sales success in the Utility, Distributed Energy Resource or Sustainability Industry.
    ~Bachelor's degree. MS or MBA.
