- Performs a variety of general labor duties to include movement of cases for the Bottling departments.
- Normal job performance will require considerable walking, carrying, and lifting.
- Will be assigned other departmental General Helper duties as needed.
- Must maintain departmental quality standards as well as departmental/equipment cleanliness.
- Must adhere to all safety requirements, to include the wearing of PPE.
- Follows job safety and environmental requirements and communicates concerns to immediate supervisor.
- Follows all Food Safety, 5S and ISO guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Others duties as assigned.
- Have a high school education or equivalent.
- Have two years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a team environment.
- Able to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Able to read English with understanding and write legibly.
- Able to physically lift 40 pounds on a frequent basis, and 60 pounds occasionally.
- Able to push up to 100lbs frequently.
- Able to climb stairs and ladders.
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl occasionally.
- Able to perform all other physical requirements of the general helper duties.
