Job summary
The Appliance Technician II is responsible for the overall maintenance of the kitchens appliances. Under minimal supervision performs refrigeration electrical electronic and mechanical maintenance work independently on kitchen equipment such as dishwashers freezers disposals pumps motors steam kettles ovens and compressors.Responsibilities
- Service repair replace and maintain walk-in and reach-in freezers refrigerators ice makers and milk coolers replacing components including motors Freon belts thermometers and adjust controls to accommodate specific types of Freon used in any particular appliance.
- Repair descale maintain and replace dishwashers and electric or gas water booster heaters.
