Description
Promote and support the Ukiah Natural Foods vision and mission. Always provide excellent customer service and handle as a first priority. Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties.
Carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas:
departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development and employment.
Requirements
Required:
*Open availability
*Experience and/or knowledge of labor laws, compensation, and benefits administration.
*Experience with team leadership training or workplace orientations.
*Sufficient computer skills that will allow use, in a proficient manner, all Company-used software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and PowerPoint programs.
*Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and to determine own work priorities within departmental guidelines.
*Read and interpret documents in English such as those pertaining to labor law and HR updates.
Desired:
*Basic Spanish speaking or comprehension.
Salary Description
$66,560/yr. salary exempt
