Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures.
- Accurately and efficiently repair and maintain food production related kitchen equipment ice machines refrigeration systems boilers plumbing systems electrical distribution systems。
Qualifications
- Previous hotel engineering experience required including HVAC electrical plumbing commercial kitchen general building construction Vocational training associate degree certification apprenticeship in one or more area state certification licensure where required.
- Understand efficiently maintain operate advanced electrical plumbing refrigeration boiler systems Read understand blueprints schematic drawings technical parts breakdown Good communication skills verbal written High work ethic self-initiative.
