As the Terminal Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency of terminal assets. Leading a team of maintenance technicians, you will drive the transformation of maintenance services from reactive to proactive, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This position requires a proactive, solutions-driven individual with leadership qualities and technical expertise in various maintenance disciplines.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience using Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP, MAXIMO, INFOR, etc.

Minumum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following crafts:

Pump Installation & Pump Repair - Millwright (MOST DESIRED)

Pipe Fitting or Welding - Pipe Fitter/Welder/Inspector

Tank Maintenance & Repair - Tank Rebuilds, Tank Inspection, Tank Repair

Electrical - High Voltage, Low Voltage, Breaker Repair/Replacement

Instrumentation - Radar Levels, Tank Gauging, Flow Meters

Analyzers - Hydrocarbon and O2 Analyzers

responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategy to transition maintenance services from reactive to proactive, in alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.

Analyze key maintenance performance indicators to identify trends and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

Assess work forecasts and prioritize assignments to ensure timely execution of scopes of work.

Manage monthly maintenance costs to remain within budgetary constraints, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ensure all maintenance activities meet industry, Vopak, and customer quality standards, while proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.

Oversee product movement to ensure adherence to operational standards and customer requirements.

Collaborate with the maintenance engineer to conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize future failures.

Identify and oversee the planning and execution of mechanical repairs, while effectively managing third-party contractors to drive improvements.

Serve as a mentor and leader for the maintenance team, focusing on individual development, technical guidance, and goal setting.

Prioritize health and safety initiatives to ensure maintenance operations are conducted in a safe and sustainable manner, while fostering a culture of safety within the team. #LI-JR1

Experience level: Experienced

Minimum 5 years of experience

Education: High School (required)
