    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide trauma-centered care and peer recovery supports to clients.
    • Participate in clinical team meetings to advise on client issues and collaborate care.
    • Contribute to community outreach and peer programs.

    Core Tasks and Objectives:

    1. Deliver peer recovery support services, advocacy, and education to individuals and families.
    2. Collaborate with treatment teams to develop recovery plans and strategies.
    3. Maintain accurate records of peer support documentation and progress notes.
    4. Engage with clients and their families to promote empowerment and self-advocacy.
    5. Promote ongoing community training opportunities and facilitate peer support groups.
    6. Link clients to community recovery resources and foster a culture of respect and understanding.
    7. Adhere to strong ethical and professional boundaries and maintain effective communication with the treatment team.
    8. Meet deadlines for submission of Peer Billing Logs and completion of all assigned tasks.
