    Responsibilities:

    • Gathering requirements, fit gap analysis, optimizing business processes, functional design, configuring, testing and supporting HR systems primarily Oracle HCM Cloud. Proving optimal solutions having big picture in mind.
    • Providing functional design and guiding technical team to ensure the solution built aligns with the business needs. Works as a liaison between technical team and business users.
    • Reviewing Oracle releases, CWBs and tax updates, providing recommendations to stakeholders on new functionality. Enabling and testing new functionality. Performing necessary regression testing.
    • Generating quick reports and analyzing employee data to ensure data integrity and support basic requests from business.

    Key Skillset:

    • Functional Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud (Oracle Fusion) expertise in Core HR module. Experience in Fusion Security, Compensation (Grade step progression) and Payroll modules is a plus.
    • Very strong background working on Oracle Fusion Core setups and Employee data (work relationships, assignments, seniority dates, salary, grade/steps, payroll relationships etc.)
    • Experience configuring product functional areas like approval flows, seniority dates, working on transaction console, autocomplete rules and using HSDL loaders.
    • Ability to write sql queries and analyze data. OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
    • Familiarity with Collective Agreements setups and experience supporting collectively bargained employees is a huge plus.
