    NoSupervises: No Job SummaryThe Store Production Team Leads serve as senior-level Retail Associates responsible for the day-to-day activities of the sales floor, donation door operations, and donated goods processing.

    They are accountable for the quality and quantity of the donations being put on the sales floor.

    Their main responsibility is making sure that the store goals are met during their shift while actively participating in the collection of donations, production, or sales floor assigned tasks.

    This is a position for experienced retail associates who lead by example and have the desire to grow within the organization.

    This position requires a strong customer focus, the ability to operate with minimum supervision, and an understanding of business demands.

    Essential Job DutiesIn addition to the job duties of a Retail Associate, the Team Lead will also be responsible for the following:

    Support the Store Management team in evaluating the quality of the products going to the sales floor and assist Retail Associates in meeting expected goalsCommunicate the organization's mission, vision, and values and promote diversityTrain, coach, and provide feedback to help staff strengthen and develop skills in sales floor and back-room operationsAssist the Store Management Team in recruiting, onboarding, training, documenting, and communicating staff performance and behavioral issuesDemonstrate leadership and positive role modeling for retail staffEffectively manage time and monitor retail staff time to ensure that work is completed with accuracyAssist the General Manager to maximize the store's financial performance and achieving the desired resultsIf needed and as part of on-the-job training and professional development, act as manager on duty and assume temporary responsibility for the store operations including the collection of donations, processing, pricing, stocking, performing register transactions, and handling donated goods overall to meet expected goals at every step of the processMay open and/or close the storePerform other tasks as assignedREQUIREMENTSEssential Job RequirementsEducation, Experience, and ExpectationsRequires high school diploma or equivalentRequires One year of retail experienceRequires CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within six months of employmentRequires DSP training or ability to complete training within one year of employment for locations with service participantsRequires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; and the ability to utilize other software such as payroll and point of saleMaintains confidentiality of information related to LLGI operations, financial matters, and personnel mattersInteracts with people with disabilities in a manner that enhances their dignity, privacy, and confidentialityDemonstrates sensitivity and the ability to communicate with a diverse populationConveys information clearly through verbal communicationWorks independently while fostering a strong team atmosphereDemonstrates professionalismRequires a high level of professionalism, integrity, business conduct, and ethical behaviorUnderstands and follows LLGI policies and proceduresRequires the ability to be consistently at work and on time on scheduled work days.
