position 20-25 hours per week, Monday – Friday with a flexible schedule.
The
part-time
IT Systems Analyst works under the direction of the Executive Director of Information Services and assists in the overall functioning of the Information Services Department.
Primary responsibility with be to support our strategic partner, Christian Community Homes and Services (CCH), based in Hudson with 2 locations in Osceola.
Primary work location will be Hudson with occasional travel to Osceola.
The IT Systems Analyst works under the direction of the Executive Director of Information Services and assists in the overall functioning of the Information Services Department.
The IT Systems Analyst will be given opportunities to take on projects and management of servers and systems.
Job Duties:
Setting up / terminating user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Password resets.
Equipment RMA.
Replaced equipment that is at end of life.
Ticket handling.
Installing and configuration hardware / software.
Diagnosing and solving hardware / software issues.
Training for new employees.
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes.
Maintain and create documentation on systems and services.
Provide team updates regarding project status, needs, and issues during projects.
Performs special projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.
Maintains patient confidentiality.
Adheres to personnel and departmental policies and procedures.
Exhibits and promotes a positive attitude and outlook in the workplace and in the community.
Demonstrates behavior that is conducive to the professional operation of the organization.
Participates in and is an advocate of departmental and interdepartmental communication within facility to facilitate improved customer service and patient outcomes.
Reports to work when scheduled.Demonstrates flexibility of personal time when requested to come in during unscheduled times as needed by the department.

Proven ability to handle confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Willingness and ability to perform additional duties on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
One year of hands-on IT experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
Technical support experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 desktop operating systems
Proficient keyboarding and computer skills
Excellent customer service is a must
