    We are launching a new line of luxury vans, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead this exciting initiative.


    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our new luxury van line's production process.

    This position offers huge growth potential and limitless autonomy, allowing you to build and lead a team, develop cutting-edge products, and scale production operations.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the production team in the manufacturing of luxury vans, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
    Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
    Collaborate with engineering and design teams to innovate and improve product features, functionality, and performance.
    Recruit, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth production operations.
    Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
    Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the production process.
    Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
    Provide regular reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management regarding production performance and opportunities for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or luxury vehicle industry.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
    In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality standards, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    Experience in project management, production planning, inventory control, and supplier management.
    Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and best practices in manufacturing operations.
