- Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, ensuring accountability and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including a Compliance Handbook that provides time metrics for each step in the compliance documentation process.
- Implement continuous monitoring plans, oversight plans, risk models, and control alignment plans to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review progress, identify and address challenges, and coordinate upcoming activities.
- Maintain robust procedures for reporting and responding to sensitive information incidents, including timely notification and cooperation with government investigations.
- Attend quarterly meetings on site at government customer headquarters in Washington DC.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- At least three (3) years program management experience and two (2) years of experience in reviewing and handling information about applicants, employees, and contractors in accordance with the USCG's rules and regulations.
- Eight (8) years of general experience; three (3) years of program management experience; and two (2) years of experience in reviewing and processing business intelligence on applicants, employees, and contractors within the limits of agency designated authority.
- US citizenship
- Ability to obtain a public trust security designation.
