- The incumbent must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and good charting skills are also required.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Addiction Medicine
- Must be licensed in good standing to practice medicine as a physician in Florida
- Must have at least 1 year of Addiction Medicine experience
- Must have at least 1 year of Primary Care experience

At MedMark, we take a patient-centered approach to opioid addiction treatment. In the first days of treatment, well design an individualized plan thats suited to your needs. We dont just offer rehabilitation counseling and methadone treatment, MedMark clinics also provide physical evaluations, drug screenings, case management services, relapse prevention education, and after-care planning. Additionally, certain locations offer methadone detox, buprenorphine maintenance, and group counseling. All of our services focus on helping you achieve long-term sobriety to enhance your wellbeing and improve your quality of life.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing professional physician services and for performing required administrative duties. To ensure all staff practice Universal Precautions and are aware of emergency medical procedures to be followed in case of medical emergencies. Work is performed under operational supervision. To assume medical responsibility for the Clinic and to supervise all the medical services rendered to patients in the Medical Directors absence. To authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medication by medical staff in the Medical Directors absence. This may include working with Methadone Detox, Maintenance Program, Intensive Outpatient Program and/or Primary Care
